"When we were searching for someone to marry us, our main concern was to make sure we would be able to have a completely "non-religious" ceremony. We were getting married in San Francisco and living in New York City, so all of my planning was to be via phone and many trips across the country. As soon as I spoke to Kimberly on the phone, I knew she would be able to create exactly what we were hoping for. She assured me that we would be able to create a unique, spiritual and personal ceremony that was all about us. She was enthusiastic, supportive and confident throughout the entire process. She immediately sent us a booklet of sample vows, which gave us the opportunity to cut and paste all the versions to create our own vows that reflected our relationship and personalities.
We booked Kimberly 6 months in advance and throughout those months she continually checked in with us to make sure all was well and to help us along the way. She was so personable and accessible at any time, which really calmed my nerves since I was so far away. She assured me that she had done this many other times with many other brides, just as far away as I was, and truly held my hand all the way. We weren’t able to meet Kimberly in person until 2 days before the wedding and she was so on top of it, so organized and so warm, it was wonderful. (A HUGE deal as we brides, are all pulling our hair out the days before!)
Our ceremony was beyond anything I could have dreamt or hoped for and I have Kimberly to thank. I know most people say at weddings they can’t wait for the ceremony to start so the real party can begin, but to me, the ceremony was the most spectacular part of our wedding. We laughed, we cried and were overjoyed to have Kimberly create such a memorable moment in our lives.
